About The Programme

This Graduate Diploma (NQF Level 6) can also be taken in conjunction with the Diploma, Higher Diploma and Professional Diploma culminating in the achievement of a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Development & Marketing. The qualification taken in this way should be studied over a recommended course of 2-years duration (exemptions may influence this.) The course may also be offered over a longer period if necessary.

Structure of the Programme

This course has been devided into 4 sememsters. Each semester candidates must attempt a minimum of four modules in total. Out of them three modules are mandatory and the candidate must complete at least one of the two optional modules successfully before the Award can be issued for that particular semester.

Learning Hours

Each semester, candidates' learning hours will be as follows:

  • 160 Guided Learning Hours (GLH)
  • 320 Independent Learning Hours (ILH)

    Entry Requirements

    Candidates must possess a minimum of four GCSE Level Qualifications or equivalent. Candidates must also be able to demonstrate proficiency in English.
