TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. A minimum deposit that may be up to the equivalent of a complete course fee for each course is required at the time of enrolment. Enrolment in a course or degree programme creates a binding agreement to follow academic regulations and pay full fees. Failure to pay the fees according to any agreed schedule will lead to immediate suspension from study without further notice.
2. Fees sent from outside the UK should be paid by banker’s draft or bank transfer, not by personal cheque. Fees paid in person at the College can be by banker’s draft, cash or credit / debit card. Personal cheques are not accepted. Payments should be made payable to "Guildhall College, UK
3. The college does not give refunds unless the Visa is refused. However where applicable the college can agree a new course start date, up to a maximum of the next two course starts.
4. Overseas students whose student visa application has been refused and who do not wish to re-apply for a visa will be refunded on receipt of a written request supported by a copy of the visa refusal letter (APP200). On receipt of the visa refusal letter the college will refund the deposit paid less an administration charge of £50
5. Tuition fees paid cannot be transferred to other students.
6. Fees paid are for tuition only. Students are responsible for any further expenses such as books and other materials.
7. An examination fee may be payable to the relevant examining body for your chosen course. It is the student’s responsibility to pay before the exam entry deadline.
8. All information on this form is believed to be correct at the time of printing but is subject to change at the discretion of the College. Changes will be displayed on the College notice board and /or on the website.
9. A charge of £50 will be made to students for all dishonored payments.
10. Attendance at Guildhall is subject to a behaviour policy, breach of which may result in suspension of studies without refund. A copy of the Behaviour Policy is available from the College Reception
